Griffith has effected accelerated fund raising activity by challenging his students of management to come up with out-of-the box ideas to promote cause and raise funds. Professor Griffith achieved this feat along with Salem state university students ($20,000 raised) by dividing a class full of students into small active group with goals defined for each members and helped them achieve the goals set in five weeks. The students used their creativity and business prowess to raise more than $20,000 for the Foundation with fundraisers such as comedy shows, walk-a-thons, charity nights at local restaurants, and so much more.This has given the students a sense of achievement and a taste of leadership and its inherent challenges.
